Northampton Saints Ticket Holder Offer – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

This offer is available exclusively to holders of valid Northampton Saints matchday or season tickets. A valid physical or digital ticket must be shown at the time of ordering to redeem the discount.

2. Discount Details

Eligible customers will receive 10% off their total bill (food and drink) when dining in at Genevieve’s Café, Pineham Village, Northampton.The offer is available for up to four people per ticket holder per visit.

3. Validity Period

The offer is only valid on the day of a Northampton Saints home match and the following day. The offer begins Saturday, 15th November 2025, and will continue until further notice. Genevieve’s Café reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice.

4. Exclusions

The discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, offer, or loyalty scheme.The offer is not valid on private hire, events or afternoon teas .Takeaway orders, delivery services (e.g., Uber Eats), and retail items are excluded.

5. How to Redeem

To redeem the offer, present a valid Northampton Saints matchday or season ticket at the till before payment. Staff will apply the discount to your order at the time of purchase.

6. General Terms

No cash alternative is available.The discount is non-transferable and may only be used by the named ticket holder.Genevieve’s Café reserves the right to refuse redemption if misuse of the offer is suspected. Normal café opening hours and service conditions apply.
